Service description
Transit:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage handling if necessary (one luggage trolley per booking, approximately three large suitcases);
- escort through customs control (as fast as possible);
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $50 per passenger.
