Payment with a QR code is carried out through the electronic payment system of Paykeeper-Processing LLC and is operated by SBP (Fast Payment System) under the management of NSPK JSC (National Payment Card System).

The Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the MIR payment system on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels are used. The data is transmitted on the secure payment page of JSC NSPK.

1. On the payment page, you must select the "SBP" payment method.

2. Next, a QR code will be displayed for scanning by the banking application or the SBPay application (RuStore, AppGallery).

2.1 payment via the SBPay application - click under the code "Continue to devices";

2.2 payment via the banking application on the phone - click under the code "Save to devices", then open your banking application and click the QR code payment button and paste the saved file from the device gallery;

2.3 Payment via the banking application - open your banking application and click the QR code payment button, point the camera at the QR code on the website and make the payment.

3. Funds are withdrawn from the bank account. Upon cancellation of the Order, the refund is made to the same account from which the payment was made.

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your bank card data is hidden by the SBP system and is transmitted only in encrypted form to the NSPK and is not stored on our web server.

Payment by bank cards is carried out through the electronic payment system of Paykeeper-Processing LLC, Alfa-Bank JSC and Bank Russian Standard JSC.

MIR, VISA, and MasterCard cards are accepted for payment.

The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and the MIR Payment system based on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, which uses the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels. The bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of Alfa-Bank JSC.

1. On the bank card data entry page, you will need to enter your bank card details:

card number;
cardholder's name;
card validity period;
three-digit security code:
- CVV2 for VISA;
- CVC2 for MasterCard;
- The Additional Identification Code for MIR.

All necessary data is printed on the card itself. The three—digit security code (CVC2) is the three digits on the back of the card.

2. Next, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the security code that will be sent to you in an SMS. If you have not received the security code, you should contact the bank that issued the card.

3. Funds are pre-reserved and will be withdrawn only after confirmation from the service provider. If the Order is cancelled, the refund will be made to the card from which the payment was made.

Cancellation and refund terms

1. Cancellation of the service is based on the Cancellation Order.

2. In case of non-use of the ordered service, or in the absence of a request from the persons (specified in the order) to the VIP assistant or an employee of the VIP lounge, the amount of the paid service is non-refundable.

3. Rules for changing and canceling service reservations at Moscow airports:

3.1 Cancellation of service reservations at Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports is carried out without penalties at least 4 (four) hours before departure and 2 (two) hours before arrival.

3.2 Cancellation of the service reservation at Vnukovo Airport is carried out without penalties at least 4 (four) hours before departure / arrival of the flight.

3.3 If the booking of the service is cancelled later than the period specified in paragraphs 3.1. and 3.2 of these rules, the amount of the paid service is non-refundable.

4. Rules for changing and canceling service reservations at airports in Russia, Neighboring countries, Europe and the world:

4.1 Cancellation of the reservation of the service, as well as making changes and additions to the accepted and confirmed Order, is carried out without penalties of at least:

24 hours in advance* when booking at Russian airports;
48 hours in advance* when booking at airports in the Near abroad, Europe and the world.

4.2 If the booking of the service is cancelled later than the period specified in clause 4.1. of these rules, the amount of the paid service is non-refundable.

4.3 Making changes and additions to the accepted and confirmed service booking order later than the deadline specified in clause 4.1. of these rules is the cancellation of the previous order and the placement of a new (urgent) order.
