Departure:

• the passenger approaches the VIP terminal (located to the left of the airport complex in a separate building);
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • at the check-in for the flight;
  • baggage check-in;
  • passing the security control;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • The press;
  • massage chairs;
  • showers.
• after the announcement of boarding the flight, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the plane in a separate car.

Arrival:

• the assistant meets the passenger at the aircraft ramp with a VIP sign (blue background, white letters), possibly with the passenger's last name on request;
• delivery of the passenger to the VIP terminal in a separate car;
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • baggage delivery and collection;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • The press;
  • massage chairs;
  • showers.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 24 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2.000 ₽ per passenger.
