Arrival:

• meeting at the arrival gate;
• golf cart to passport control (if possible);
• fast track through passport control;
• porter services;
• transfer to the place of stay in Amman.

Departure:

• transfer from the place of stay in Amman;
• meeting in front of the terminal;
• porter service to the check-in desk and baggage drop-off;
• escort through the check-in desk and baggage drop-off;
• fast track through passport control and aviation security service;
• support in Duty-Free;
• golf cart to the departure gate (if possible).

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 €/passenger.
