Cancellation policy
Modification of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 445 € per application.
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the service is provided - a fine of 100 %;
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided - 100% refund.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 445 € per passenger.
