Service description
General rules of passenger service on domestic flights:
Departure procedure:
- Check-in for the flight ends 40 minutes before the departure of the aircraft. It is advisable for the passenger to arrive at the business lounge/WPC no later than 1 hour before departure.
- Registration for the flight begins with passing the pre-flight inspection, after which the agent of the business lounge checks in the passenger and baggage*, providing a seat on board the aircraft in accordance with the wishes of the passenger.
- Boarding of passengers in the business lounge /WPC is carried out last, delivery is carried out on a separate transport. The attentive and friendly staff will inform the passenger about the start of boarding the plane.
Arrival procedure:
- After the announcement of the landing of the aircraft, the agent of the business lounge /WPC drives up to the aircraft in a special transport. The passenger must be warned about the ordered service, approach the agent on his own and give his last name.
- After all the clients approach the agent, the minibus goes to the business lounge/shopping center.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 24 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2.000 ₽ per passenger.
