Cancellation policy
Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:
- cancellation of a confirmed application is a fine of 100 %;
- modification of a confirmed application – 70 € per application.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 35 % per passenger.
