Arrival:

• passing through passport control via a dedicated line;
• assistance in baggage collection;
• passing through customs control via a dedicated line;
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
