Arrival:

• meeting passengers:
  • domestic flights - with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
  • The agent meets international flights after passing through passport control independently.
• escort through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection;
• escorting through customs control;
• parking escort;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): +50 euro per passenger.
