- Wi-Fi;

- departure board.
- private transfer from the terminal to the plane.
Arrival:
- meeting passengers at the ramp with a nameplate;
- private transfer from the plane to the VIP terminal;
- visa processing on arrival at the VIP terminal (on request, for an additional fee, the cost of the visa is not included in the service);
- passport control at the VIP terminal;
- assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
- porter service (included in the price);
- access to the VIP lounge:
- hot and cold snacks;
- alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

Cancellation policy
Cancellation and modification of a confirmed application (less than 72 hours before the service is provided):
- cancellation - a fine of 100%;
- the change is a 35% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 72 hours before the service is provided): + 35% per passenger.
Important information
It does not serve passengers of the following airlines: Aeroflot, Azur Air.
