Arrival:

• visa processing on arrival at the VIP terminal (on request, for an additional fee, the cost of the visa is not included in the service);
• passport control at the VIP terminal;
• assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
• porter service (included in the price);
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • hot and cold snacks;
  • alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation and modification of a confirmed application (less than 72 hours before the service is provided):

• cancellation - a fine of 100%;
• the change is a 35% penalty.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 72 hours before the service is provided): + 35% per passenger.
