Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal at Gate 3 or at an additional agreed location;
• luggage assistance (up to two bags per passenger);
• escorting through the check-in and baggage check-in desk;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• Fast Track:
  • through passport control;
  • assistance with baggage collection;
  • escorting through customs control.
• luggage assistance (up to two bags per passenger);
• parking escort;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• more than 48 hours before the service is provided – a fine of 5 %;
• less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a 100% fine.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
