Service description

- assistance with luggage (up to two bags per passenger);
- escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk;
- Fast Track through passport control;
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- fast track through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
- assistance with luggage (up to two bags per passenger);
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of actions with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty.
Cancellation of a confirmed application more than 48 hours before the provision of the service is fined 5%.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $50 per passenger.
