Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- buggy car from the arrival gate to passport control (only for international arrivals);
- fast track through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
- assistance with luggage (up to two bags per passenger);
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of actions with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty.
Cancellation of a confirmed application more than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 5% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
Important information
The service is not available for arrival gates - D4, D6, Bus Gate in the main terminal and gate S101-S128 in the Satellite-1 Terminal (SAT-1). in case of using these gates, the money is refunded.
