Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers at the exit of the teletrap (with a nameplate);
- Buggy car from the arrival gate to passport control (international arrivals only);
- Fast Track:
- through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection;
- escorting through customs control.
- luggage assistance (up to two bags per passenger);
- parking escort;
- coordination of actions with the receiving party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided – a fine of 5 %;
- less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a 100% fine.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
Important information
The service is unavailable for arrival gates D4, D6, Bus Gate (in the main terminal) and S101-S128 (in Satellite-1 Terminal (SAT-1)).
If you use these gates, the money will be refunded.
