Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers at the exit of the teletrap;
- personal concierge from the entrance from the arrival gate to the parking lot or meeting with the welcoming party;
- porter services from the arrival gate to baggage collection (hand luggage) and from baggage collection to parking (luggage);
- escort through passport control;
- escort to the parking lot or the meeting party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 24 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 50 €/passenger.
