Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the gate;
• escort:
  • through passport control (expedited if possible);
  • assistance with baggage collection;
  • through customs control.
• parking escort;
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
