Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:

• cancellation of a confirmed application is a fine of 100%;
• changing a confirmed application is a 100% penalty.

Any change is processed as a new booking.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 60% per passenger.

Overnight surcharge: + 180 € per passenger.
