Cancellation policy
Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:
- cancellation of a confirmed application is a fine of 100%;
- changing a confirmed application is a 100% penalty.
Any change is processed as a new booking.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 60% per passenger.
Important information
One child (0-5 years old) is free of charge for booking each adult, and more are registered as adults.
The service is unavailable - an alternative is a VIP lounge in Budapest.
