Service description
Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated on the booking confirmation);
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
- escort through passport control (as fast as possible);
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate before passport control;
- escort through passport control (as fast as possible);
- assistance with baggage collection;
- parking escort;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% fine.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
