Service description
Over four pieces of luggage porter for an additional fee: 150 € (up to four pieces of luggage)
Transit with baggage claim:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escorting to the terminal;
- Fast Track through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (up to four items);
- escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk;
- assistance with hand luggage;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided, a refund minus 15 €.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
Important information
If the transfer is in transit for more than 3 hours, the cost is calculated according to the tariff Fast Track (departure + arrival).
