Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% fine.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 40% per passenger.
Overnight mark-up (22:00 – 06:00): + 40% for the passenger.
