Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers from the plane and escorting them to the Gold Route VIP Lounge;
- snacks and drinks;
- free Wi-Fi;
- passing border and customs control in the VIP lounge;
- baggage collection by an agent;
- admission of meeting cars to the VIP parking in front of the terminal;
- exit via a dedicated line after passing the formalities.
Departure:
- meeting at a dedicated VIP parking lot in front of the terminal;
- escort to the Gold Route VIP Lounge;
- snacks and drinks;
- free Wi-Fi;
- registration;
- baggage check-in by an agent;
- passport control in the VIP lounge;
- escort to the departure gate;
- priority boarding.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
