Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal;
• escorting through the check-in and baggage check-in desk;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• support through the Aviation Security Service;
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate at the arrival gate;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• assistance in baggage collection (service ends at this stage).

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.

Extra charge for Saturday and Sunday: +20% per application.
