Service description
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;
- assistance with VAT refund (on request);
- assistance in check-in and baggage check-in (porter services at the rate of 1-2 pieces of luggage are included in the price);
- escort through passport control (expedited if possible);
- support through the Aviation Security Service (accelerated if possible);
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting at the arrival gate with a nameplate;
- escort through passport control (expedited if possible);
- assistance with baggage collection (porter services at the rate of 1-2 pieces of luggage are included in the price);
- escorting through customs control;
- parking escort;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
