Departure:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the departure terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
• Fast Track:
  • through the reception desk;
  • Passport control;
  • aviation Security Service).
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate (at the counter in front of passport control);
• Fast Track:
  • through passport control.
• assistance with baggage collection and removal from the terminal;
• escort to the parking lot (taxi, meeting the driver);
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
