• departure to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• Fast Track:
  • with the passage of passport control;
  • with baggage collection;
  • with the passage of customs control;
• if possible, baggage handler assistance (up to 3 pieces of luggage);
• providing a buggy whenever possible;
• parking escort;
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
