Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (porter services are paid additionally, cost on request);
- escorting through customs control;
- parking escort;
- coordination of actions with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;
- escort:
- through the check-in and baggage check-in desk (porter services are charged additionally, cost on request);
- through passport control;
- to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:
- cancellation of a confirmed application is a fine of 100 %;
- modification of a confirmed application is $60.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 150 per passenger.
Overnight mark-up (22:00 – 08:00): + 130 $ for the passenger.
Holiday margin (Christmas, New Year, Labor Day, Memorial Day (fourth Monday in May), Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day): + $130 per application.
