Service description
Arrival:
- meeting the passenger at the exit of the teletrap with a nameplate (you must provide a contact to contact the passenger);
- passage of passport and customs controls (as fast as possible);
- baggage collection (loader services are included in the service price);
- escort the passenger to the car.
Departure:
- meeting the passenger at the entrance to the terminal (it is necessary to provide a contact for communication with the passenger);
- check-in for the flight;
- baggage check-in (loader services are included in the service price);
- passage of passport and customs controls (as fast as possible);
- access to the CIP room;
- escort of the passenger at the boarding gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the service is provided is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
