Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a fine of 100%;
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided - full refund.
Modification of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a fine of 100%;
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided - free of charge.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
Important information
Turkish citizens need to get a departure stamp, which is placed only in the main terminal.
There is no kiosk for VAT refund in the VIP terminal, only in the main terminal.
