Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a fine of 100%;
• more than 48 hours before the service is provided - full refund.

Modification of a confirmed application:

• less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a fine of 100%;
• more than 48 hours before the service is provided - free of charge.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
