Service description
Departure:
- Meeting and registration:
- the passenger arrives at the VIP lounge (2 hours for international flights, 1 hour 30 minutes for domestic flights, 2 hours 30 minutes before departure if traveling with an animal or if there are weapons in the luggage);
- An employee will meet you at a separate VIP entrance, at the Aeroexpress terminal or at the P2 parking lot.;
- The VIP lounge is located on the 1st floor, left wing, opposite the reception desk No. 1.
- Escort:
- An employee helps with the luggage;
- the passenger passes through passport control and security control;
- the agent escorts you to the boarding gate. In the absence of a teletrap, delivery by a separate car;
- free access to the VIP meeting room (up to 3 people).
Arrival:
Meeting:
- at the teletrap or airplane ramp by an agent with a "DME Supreme" sign (a nameplate is available on request);
- If the agent is not present, the passenger should call +7 (495) 508-00-08.
Important: the service is considered completed if the passenger has not reported the problem on the spot.
- Escort:
- in the absence of a teletrap - delivery by a separate comfortable transport to the terminal;
- internal lines - an employee immediately guides passengers to the VIP lounge to relax and wait for luggage;
- International lines - an employee will escort passengers through passport and customs controls, help them get their luggage and guide them to the VIP lounge.;
- An employee will help with baggage delivery and escort you to the meeting or to the car (on request) at the forecourt, parking lot P2 or VIP parking.
VIP Lounge services:
- Free of charge: Wi-Fi, children's room, shower, fax, photocopying.
- Additionally (for a fee): meeting room, restaurant, Duty-Free, taxi, VIP parking, luggage packing, souvenirs, bouquets.
