Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal at the check-in desk;
• escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk;
• escort through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate;
• the duration of the service is 1 hour, then the time is paid additionally (through additional services).

Arrival:

• meeting at the exit of the teletrap;
• escort through passport control;
• assistance in baggage collection (porter services are not included and are charged separately);
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination with the receiving party;
• the duration of the service is 1 hour, then the time is paid additionally (through additional services).

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
