On departure:

• check-in for the flight;
• baggage handling;
• waiting for the flight boarding announcement;
• passing security control in a comfortable VIP lounge;
• escorting passengers to the boarding gate or to the plane on a separate transport.

Upon arrival:

• meeting at the ramp with a nameplate or a VIP nameplate;
• delivery to the terminal on a separate transport;
• baggage collection in the VIP lounge;
• passport and customs control in the VIP lounge.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 100 per passenger.
