Service description

- escort to the departure gate.
* The meeting place will be indicated on the booking confirmation.
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- Fast Track through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection;
- escort to the exit of the terminal.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided):
- Departure: + $45 per passenger;
- Arrival: + 55 $ per passenger.
