Service description
Fast Track upon arrival from Dubai:
- meeting with a personal concierge with a nameplate at the place (where the bus drops off passengers at the terminal);
- escorting to the terminal;
- Fast Track through passport control via a dedicated line;
- escort to the baggage belt;
- baggage collection by the agent (the agent takes the baggage tags from the passengers and uses them to take the luggage from the belt)
- baggage delivery to passengers;
- escort to the parking lot;
- assistance with loading luggage into the car;
- the agent stays with the passenger for 10 minutes after exiting the terminal;
- timely meeting of the passenger is the responsibility of the welcoming party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
