Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided, a refund minus 50 pounds (GBP).
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 65 £ (GBP) per passenger.
Holiday margin 2024-2025 + 80 £ (GBP) per booking:
- December 25, 2024 - Christmas;
- December 26, 2024 - Boxing Day;
- January 01, 2025 - New Year;
