Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;

Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;

Cancellation policy
Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:
- cancellation of a confirmed application is a fine of 100 %;
- modification of a confirmed application is $60.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 150 per passenger.
Overnight mark-up (22:00 – 08:00): + 130 $ for the passenger.
Holiday margin (Christmas, New Year, Labor Day, Memorial Day (fourth Monday in May), Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day): + $130 per application.
Important information
Meeting (arrival) According to the rules of the US Aviation Security Service (TSA), it is possible to use a teletrap only on domestic flights.
On international flights, the agent only meets you at the exit from the customs area.
