Service description
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;
- escort:
- through the reception desk
- baggage check-in + baggage assistance (the price includes three pieces of luggage, extra charge);
- through passport control;
- to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort:
- through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (three pieces of baggage are included in the price, extra charge);
- through customs control;
- parking escort and coordination with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided):
- until December 31, 2025 + 60 % per passenger;
- from January 1, 2026 + 60% per passenger.
