Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• individual transfer from the aircraft to the terminal in case of remote parking;
• escort through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
• porter services are included in the price (for two pieces of luggage per passenger);
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Departure

• meeting at the departure terminal - check-in desk No. 22;
• escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk;
• porter services are included in the price (for two pieces of luggage per passenger);
• escort through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate;
• private transfer from the terminal to the aircraft in case of remote parking.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request:

• submitted less than 72 hours before the service was provided: + 320 euro passenger
• submitted less than 24 hours before the service: + 500 € passenger.
