Transit:

• meeting at the plane ramp;
• personal assistant for the duration of the service;
• private transfer from the plane to the terminal;
• passing all post-flight and pre-flight formalities in the VIP lounge;
• baggage reloading (if necessary);
• access to the VIP lounge (three hours stay):
  • buffet;
  • alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
  • TV;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • press;
  • showers;
  • smoking area (in the transit area).
• private transfer from the terminal to the plane.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% fine.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request:

• submitted less than 48 hours before the service: + 60 % per passenger;
• submitted less than 24 hours before the service: + 85 % per passenger.

Overnight mark-up (21:00 – 06:00): + 280 € for the passenger.
