Service description
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;

Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in, passport control, aviation security service;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the provision of the service) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Overnight margin (00:00-05:00): + 50% for the passenger.
