Service description
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;
- escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk (porter services are not included in the price and are available for an additional fee);
- escort through passport control;
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control (porter services are not included in the price and are provided for an additional fee);
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of actions with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 24 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
