Service description
The margin for holidays is 60% (list below). The extra charge for the night rate is 60%.
Arrival
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with passport and customs control and baggage collection;
- escort to the parking lot.
Departure
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
- assistance with passport control;
- assistance with passing the aviation security service;
- escort to the departure gate.
Holidays in 2025:
- January 28 – February 3, 2025 - Chinese New Year.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the service – no penalties, less than 48 hours – 100% penalty. The penalty for non–appearance is 100%
