Departure:

• meeting at the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
• assistance with check-in and baggage drop-off (porter service for an additional fee);
• escort through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting with the nameplate when exiting the plane;
• escort through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection (porter service for an additional fee);
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• less than 48 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
• more than 48 hours before the service is provided – 100% refund.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
