Departure:

• meeting with the nameplate at the terminal;
• escort:
  • assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
  • through passport control (as fast as possible);
  • to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate before passport control;
• escort:
  • through passport control (as fast as possible);
  • assistance with baggage collection;
  • escort to the parking lot.
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.
   

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
