Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• escorting to the terminal;
• assistance with passport control;

The agent does not have access to the customs area, passengers receive their luggage independently.

The agent will be waiting for you in the arrival hall.

Departure:

• meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
• escorting to the terminal;
• assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
• assistance with passport control;
• assistance with passing the aviation security service;
• escort to the departure gate.

Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• more than 72 hours before the start – no penalties;
• in less than 72 hours – a 50% fine.

The penalty for non–attendance is 100%.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 100 per passenger.

Overnight margin:

• departure (21:00 – 09:00): + 60 % for the passenger.
• arrival (20:00 – 08:00): + 60 % for the passenger.
