  Bar services and alcoholic beverages are charged separately.

• baggage delivery on board the aircraft;
• a separate transfer under the plane ramp.

Arrival:

• meeting at the plane ramp;
• separate transfer from the plane to the VIP lounge;
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • passing all post-flight formalities;
  • luggage delivery to the VIP lounge (for an additional fee);
  • hot drinks (tea, coffee);
  • soft drinks (water).

Bar services and alcoholic beverages are charged separately.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 24 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2,000 per passenger.
