Service description
Arrival:
- meeting the passenger at the exit of the teletrap with a nameplate (when boarding a separate car remotely, access to the aircraft is not provided);

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 40 % per passenger.
