Transit (without leaving the transit zone):
- meeting the passenger at the exit of the teletrap with a nameplate (when boarding a separate car remotely to the plane is not provided);
- buggy is provided on all sections;
- access to the Lounge;
- escort of the passenger at the boarding gate (when boarding a separate car remotely to the plane is not provided).
Transit (with exit from the transit zone):

- accelerated passage of passport and customs controls (Fast Track);
- baggage claim;
- the loader's services are included in the price of the service;
- check-in, baggage check-in without waiting in line;

- escort of the passenger at the boarding gate (when boarding a separate car remotely to the plane is not provided).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 40% passenger.
