Service description
ARRIVAL
- Meet and greet at the arrival gate with the board "Premier Lounge". Contact number of the passenger must be provided.
- Escorting of the passenger to the VIP lounge by separate vehicle in case of remote position of the aircraft.
- Passport and customs control are done in the VIP lounge.
- The luggage will be delivered to the VIP lounge.
- After the service will be completed, the passenger leaves the VIP lounge by himself.
DEPARTURE
- The passenger comes to the VIP lounge. Contact number of the passenger must be provided.
- Check in procedures in the VIP lounge.
- Passport and customs control in the VIP lounge.
- Escorting to the boarding gate. If the aircraft is parked at remote position, the passenger will be transferred to the aircraft by the separate vehicle.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed request less than 48 hours before the service is rendered-100% penalty
No show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (less than 48 hours before arrival and departure): + 1800 RUB per passenger
