Service description
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;
- support via:
- check-in desk and baggage check-in;
- passport control;
- Aviation Security Service;
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort through passport control;
The agent does not have access to the customs area, customs control is carried out and passengers receive their luggage independently.
- meeting passengers after customs control in the arrivals hall;
- parking escort;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
The penalty for non–attendance is 100%.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 72 hours before the service is provided): + $ 100 per passenger.
Important information
Upon arrival, the agent does not have access to the customs area, customs control is carried out and passengers receive their luggage independently. The agent will meet the passengers after customs control in the arrival hall.
