Arrival:

• The dispatcher meets the passenger at the exit of the "sleeve" with a nameplate (for remote boarding, the dispatcher meets at the ramp with the provision of transport)
• The dispatcher helps the passenger to pass through passport and customs controls, if possible, in an expedited mode, and also assists in baggage collection. If necessary, you can order a loader for a fee.
• Upon completion of all formalities, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the exit of the terminal, to the taxi stand or to the meeting place with the persons meeting the passenger.
• In order for the assistant to meet with the passenger, the Customer must provide the mobile phone of the passenger's driver, his accompanying person, or the passenger himself.

Departure:

• The assistant greets the passenger at the entrance to the terminal
• In order for the assistant to meet with the passenger, the Customer must provide the mobile phone of the passenger's driver, his accompanying person, or the passenger himself.
• The assistant accompanies the passenger through check-in and passport control, as fast as possible, and assists in check-in and baggage handling. If necessary, you can order a loader for a fee.
• After the pre-flight procedures, the assistant escorts the passenger to the Business Lounge (to be booked additionally).
• After the landing is announced, the dispatcher escorts the passenger to the aircraft (with remote boarding, the passenger is taken to the aircraft).

For the convenience of check-in, we ask you to send copies of airline tickets (e-ticket receipts) along with the service request.

Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• less than 24 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
• more than 24 hours before the service is provided – 100% refund.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 5,300 ₽ per passenger.
