Arrival

• The dispatcher meets the passenger at the exit of the "sleeve" with a nameplate (when boarding remotely, the dispatcher meets at the ramp with the provision of transport)
• The dispatcher helps the passenger to pass passport and customs controls in an accelerated mode through a separate counter, and also assists in baggage collection. If necessary, a loader can be ordered for a fee.
• Upon completion of all formalities, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the exit from the terminal to the taxi stand or to the meeting place with the persons meeting the passenger.
• To meet the assistant with the passenger, the Customer must provide the mobile phone of the passenger's driver, his accompanying person or the passenger himself.

Departure

• The assistant meets the passenger at the entrance to the terminal
• To meet the assistant with the passenger, the Customer must provide the mobile phone of the passenger's driver, his accompanying person or the passenger himself.
• The assistant accompanies the passenger through separate check-in and passport control desks in an accelerated mode and assists in check-in and baggage clearance. If necessary, a loader can be ordered for a fee.
• After the pre-flight procedures, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the Business Lounge (booked additionally).
• After the announcement of the landing, the dispatcher accompanies the passenger to the board (when boarding remotely, the passenger is taken to the plane).

For the convenience of check-in for the flight, we ask you to send copies of air tickets (itinerary receipts of e-tickets) together with the service request.

Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• less than 24 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
• more than 24 hours before the service is provided – 100% refund.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 3,800 ₽ per passenger.
